  • Prices are per week.
  • All flats are composed of kitchen with cooking area, TV, safe, covered veranda and private services.
  • Consumptions to be paid on-site: € 10.00 per person. Included: water, gas, electricity, internal car park, bed linen (with mandatory weekly change), TV and safe.
  • Final cleaning € 40.00 for two-room flats, € 45.00 for maxi flats.
  • Extra bed: from period A to period G € 50.00; from period H to period M € 100.00.
  • Baby bed: from period A to period G € 40.00; from period H to period M € 80.00.
  • Air conditioning: € 5.00 per day (optional).
  • Beach service from the 4° row: € 10.00 per day (optional).

  • LONG STAY: From 20/07 to 03/08 for stays of 14 days: 10%-discount.

  • Prices are per person, per day, VAT included;
  • Prices do not include wine and soft drinks;
  • Double bed for single use: 30%-supplement;
  • All rooms are provided with private services with shower box and hair-dryer, TV, safe, minibar (drinks not included), air conditioning;
  • Internal parking space included;
  • Rooms are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure;
  • Children up to 5 years: 50%-discount; children 5 to 10 years: 30%-discount;

  • In the case of advanced departure, the whole booked period will be charged.

I prezzi si intendono a persona a notte e comprendono: la pulizia giornaliera, utilizzo della vasca idromassagio in camera, utilizzo della mini piscina e del solarium ( dal 01/06 al 30/09)
Per i periodi A/B non viene servita la prima colazione in camera , sarà comunque disponibile il kit per la prima colazione e macchinetta per caffè 
Per i periodo C/D/E/F verrà servita la colazione in camera 

Posto auto in garage privato ( previa prenotazione e  disponibilità) € 10,00 al giorno 

Tassa di soggiorno, pari ad €1,30 per persona al giorno, da pagare in loco
